Due to the ongoing flooding and hazardous conditions from tropical storm Harvey, Residential Recycling and Refuse of Texas will NOT be providing garbage or recycling collection on Tuesday, August 29th. Residential Recycling will continue to evaluate conditions later this week to determine the next collection date. Please monitor the District’s website for additional information as it develops.
