The emergency sanitary sewer line repairs have been completed near Tuckerton and East Rio Grande River Drive, and the repair crew expects to complete additional work today to stabilize the nearby manhole and begin working on backfilling the sinkhole. MUD 501’s operator, Inframark, expects that additional stabilizing material will need to be placed under the adjacent roadway on Monday. Accordingly, the traffic controls will remain in place over the weekend until this additional work is completed.
