A Message from HC MUD 501’s Garbage and Recycling Provider, Texas Pride Disposal

To Our Valued Customer,

We are excited to announce that Texas Pride Disposal has entered a strategic and financial partnership with NMS Capital. Our partnership with NMS comes at a critical moment and inflection point in Texas Pride’s great 10+ year company history. Given NMS’ experience in the waste space, and successful track record of working with growing, founder-owned businesses just like Texas Pride, we are excited to launch into the future with their support.

NMS brings capital and operational backing that will help drive Texas Pride’s growth while also bolstering our operations, ensuring that we are in prime position to provide consistent and best in class service to our customers as the company continues to grow. NMS Capital currently manages assets in excess of $1.5 billion and is committed to supporting Texas Pride’s growth initiatives, including but not limited to investments in maintenance, safety, technology, service area and service line expansion and equipment purchases.

Beyond financial backing, this relationship will provide a wealth of experience and knowledge through a partnership with long-time industry executive, NMS Operating Executive Chuck Casalinova. Chuck brings 40 years of experience and relationships through his work in various management roles in the industry, including extensive experience operating in the state of Texas. My team and I will continue to be responsible for all day-to-day functions of Texas Pride, while leveraging Chuck as a strategic resource and advisor to support us as we focus on scaling the business and enhancing operations.

We thank you again for your loyalty. As we move forward, we are extremely excited about our new partnership and the support that it will provide me, and the entire Texas Pride Disposal team, to deliver for our customers. The inner kid in me who chased the garbage truck down the street is still vibrantly passionate about what we do. Now partnered with a strong capital group, we are in an excellent position to deliver and are more excited than ever about the future of Texas Pride Disposal.

Thank you,

Kevin Atkinson, Founder and CEO

As our team’s safety is our number one priority, garbage services will be on a delayed start on Friday, December 23rd to avoid any issues with frozen roadways and hypothermia with our crew members.  At this time, we do not know what time routes will be starting, so we ask that you continue to place your garbage out by 7:00 a.m. on Friday.

We appreciate your understanding and respect for the well-being of our team, and wish everyone happy holidays!
